Hiring: Youtube Long-Form Video Editor

Comp: 100% Remote | Full-Time | P100K+/monthly | No Time trackers | Performance-driven Team

Mission: Craft high-retention YouTube long-form content for expert-led brands in the SKL Ventures portfolio, content that informs, inspires, and converts.

You:
You live and breathe storytelling, pacing, and flow.
You know how to hook viewers in the first 30 seconds and keep them watching for 20+ minutes.
You edit talking-head, interview, screen-record, and B-roll content with clarity and emotional depth.
You’re fluent in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut. Bonus if you know After Effects or motion templates.
You can ship 2–4 long-form videos per week without sacrificing polish.
You understand YouTube retention curves and design your edits to beat the average.
Your portfolio includes real YouTube long-form content, not highlight reels or TikToks.
