We’re looking for a Relocation Coordinator to join our team and become the bridge between foreign expats and life in the Philippines. This is a full-time, high-trust role for someone who is organized, takes initiative, and understands the ins and outs of local real estate and operations. Background and experience with real estate is required.
What You’ll Do
Help expats find the right long-term condo or apartment in Metro Manila
Assist in lease negotiations and make sure clients get fair rental rates
Guide clients through opening bank accounts, securing visas, and enrolling in healthcare plans
Coordinate appointments and documents with immigration offices, banks, real estate brokers, and medical providers
Oversee airport pickup, onboarding, and move-in
Provide warm, professional communication via WhatsApp,
Ensure a seamless experience from arrival to full relocation
Who We’re Looking For
- Must have real estate experience (at least 1 year in brokerage, leasing, or rentals)
- Must have a valid Philippine Real Estate License (PRC license)
- Speaks and writes fluent English (you’ll be client-facing with Americans)
- Naturally organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Takes initiative without needing micromanagement
- Can juggle multiple clients, deadlines, and moving parts at once
- Comfortable working with high-trust, high-paying foreign clients
- Professional, presentable, and great at building relationships
- Familiar with Metro Manila real estate, especially BGC, Makati, and Pasig (a plus)
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or client operations is a plus
Position Details
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Starting Salary: ?25,000/month (with growth based on performance)
Hybrid setup (some remote work, plus field coordination in Metro Manila)
- Flexible working hours depending on client schedules (this role is task based)
