The Opportunity
We're seeking a GoHighLevel Operations Expert to join our growing team and take ownership of client-facing CRM operations that drive real business results. You'll be the backbone of our client success operations, ensuring smooth appointment bookings, pipeline management, and automated communications.

Your Core Responsibilities
Calendar & Appointment Management (25%)
Set up and optimize booking calendars for sales calls, coaching sessions, and service appointments
Configure round-robin scheduling, buffer times, and availability rules
Integrate with Google Calendar, Outlook, and other scheduling tools
Build automated appointment reminder workflows (SMS +
Create custom booking forms with qualifying questions
CRM Operations & Communication (35%)
Manage two-way texting and
