The Opportunity
We're seeking a GoHighLevel Operations Expert to join our growing team and take ownership of client-facing CRM operations that drive real business results. You'll be the backbone of our client success operations, ensuring smooth appointment bookings, pipeline management, and automated communications.

Your Core Responsibilities
Calendar & Appointment Management (25%)

Set up and optimize booking calendars for sales calls, coaching sessions, and service appointments
Configure round-robin scheduling, buffer times, and availability rules
Integrate with Google Calendar, Outlook, and other scheduling tools
Build automated appointment reminder workflows (SMS + Email)
Create custom booking forms with qualifying questions

CRM Operations & Communication (35%)

Manage two-way texting and email communication from within GHL
Set up and optimize chat widgets for client websites
Configure Power Dialer and manual calling systems
Track and organize call recordings and notes
Assign leads to appropriate tea ---------- mbers and manage task workflows
Maintain contact databases and ensure data integrity

Pipeline & Lead Management (25%)

Create and optimize pipeline stages for tracking leads, opportunities, and deals
Set up attribution tracking (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, organic traffic)
Monitor and report on email/SMS campaign performance
Generate pipeline value reports and lead source ROI analysis
Build automated lead qualification and nurturing sequences

Review Management & E-commerce (15%)

Implement review request workflows for Google and Facebook
Set up automated review response systems
Create and manage invoice and payment processing systems
Configure Stripe integrations for recurring and one-time payments
Build basic membership/course access workflows


Requirements
Essential Skills

2+ years hands-on GoHighLevel experience (must demonstrate with portfolio)
CRM Management: Pipeline setup, lead scoring, contact management
Marketing Automation: Email/SMS sequences, workflow triggers, conditional logic
Calendar Integration: Appointment booking, scheduling optimization
Payment Processing: Stripe, PayPal, invoice management
Review Management: Google/Facebook review automation

Technical Proficiencies

Integrations: Zapier, webhooks, API connections
Communication: Twilio/LeadConnector setup and optimization
Analytics: Campaign reporting, conversion tracking
A2P 10DLC Registration: SMS compliance and setup
Landing Pages: Basic page building and optimization
