Role Overview:
We’re looking for a high-performance Creative Lead to own the end-to-end creative process across paid and organic channels. This role is responsible for making sure the right creative gets produced, in the right volume, at the right time — and is optimized for performance.

Build and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and media plans.
Work closely with growth, product, and brand teams to translate strategy into creative briefs.
Direct internal and external creators, editors, and designers to produce high-performing content.
Ensure all creatives are delivered on time, meet brand standards, and follow channel best practices.
Run weekly creative check-ins and sprint planning to maintain velocity and accountability.
Analyze performance and collaborate on creative testing to inform iteration and optimization.
Requirements:
3+ years in a creative or marketing leadership role, ideally in DTC/eCommerce.
Strong understanding of paid media creative (UGC, hooks, CTAs, formats).
Experience managing creative pipelines with multiple contributors.
High attention to detail and ruthless execution focus.
Comfortable with fast-paced, iterative environments.
