Clickrush Marketing is a performance-driven digital marketing agency that helps insurance agents dominate their local markets. We specialize in generating high-intent inbound leads using Google Ads, with a strong emphasis on call-only ad strategies. We’re now seeking a skilled and experienced Media Buyer to manage and scale our Google Ads accounts with a focus on delivering exclusive inbound calls to insurance agents nationwide.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer with a deep understanding of Call-Only campaigns, conversion tracking, and cost-per-call optimization. Your role will be to launch, manage, and scale campaigns that drive exclusive, inbound, high-intent calls to insurance agents selling auto, home, and life insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage Call-Only Google Ads campaigns for insurance agents in different U.S. markets
Conduct keyword research with an emphasis on buyer intent and local targeting
Continuously optimize ads, copy, and bidding strategies to maximize call volume and reduce cost per lead
Implement and manage conversion tracking through Google Reporting & Ringba.
Monitor daily campaign performance, troubleshoot underperforming ads, and scale what works
Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimizations and conduct client monthly meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record managing Call-Only or Pay-Per-Call Google Ads campaigns (bonus if in the insurance niche)
Strong understanding of Google Ads platform including campaign types, bidding strategies, and negative keyword structure
Experience targeting local markets and optimizing for call conversions, not just clicks
Familiarity with platforms like Ringba, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, Answer The Public.
Ability to think like a performance marketer – data-driven, fast-moving, and focused on ROI
Availability to communicate during EST hours for briefings or performance reviews
Strong English and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
Experience generating leads for insurance agents (Auto, Home, Life, Business Insurance, etc.)
Google Ads Certification (required)
Familiarity with lead gen/project management CRM's (GoHighLevel & Asana)
Compensation:
Monthly retainer based on experience and results. Performance bonuses for hitting call volume and cost-per-call goals.
