???? What We’re Looking For
We're hiring an
This is NOT a basic VA role. You should be someone who has already scaled retention for DTC brands and knows Klaviyo (and ideally Postscript) like the back of your hand.
???? Your Responsibilities
Area What You’ll Do
Flows & Automation • Build and optimize all flows: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, etc.
• Trigger smart delays, filters, and custom logic based on actions (purchased, opened, clicked, etc.)
Campaign Strategy • Plan and execute
• Write or work with writers/designers to launch scroll-stopping content
Segmentation & Testing • Test offers, headlines, timing, and creative across segments
• Build A/B tests that maximize open rate, CTR, and CVR
Signup Optimization • Test and optimize popups, quizzes, and incentives (10% vs. bundles vs. lead magnets, etc.)
• Integrate with landing pages and paid traffic funnels
SMS Integration • Build SMS flows for cart abandonment, promotions, welcome offers, and reminders
• Comply with TCPA and best practices while staying aggressive
Performance Reporting • Track and improve KPIs: open rate, click rate, CVR, unsubscribe rate, LTV per segment
? Must-Have Experience:
2+ years in Klaviyo
Experience writing or managing high-performing
Deep knowledge of segmentation, deliverability, and timing strategy
Experience building at least 5+ automated flows from scratch
Experience with SMS platforms (Postscript, Attentive, or similar)
Proven results increasing open rate, revenue per recipient, and LTV
Understand A/B testing frameworks, popup tools, and CTA optimization
Familiar with Shopify integrations and tracking attribution

Have experience in supplements, wellness, or beauty
Know how to integrate Intelligems offers into flows
Understand behavioral triggers (purchased X, didn’t open Y, etc.)
Can create simple designs or layout wireframes in Canva or Figma
Use GA4, Triple Whale, or other attribution tools
