We are now looking for a highly skilled AI Workflow Automation Specialist to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered automation solutions, with a strong focus on the N8N platform.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for building AI agents and automated workflows that support and optimize key e-commerce processes such as operations, customer service, marketing, and finance. You will work directly with the CEO and department heads to identify automation opportunities, design solutions, and implement them using AI tools and N8N.
This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up and make a significant impact on the way the company operates.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven workflows using the N8N platform.
Build AI agents that automate key e-commerce tasks such as order processing, inventory management, customer queries, marketing flows, and finance operations.
Identify areas for automation across departments and propose scalable, reliable solutions.
Integrate N8N workflows with external APIs, internal tools, CRM systems, and databases.
Implement robust error handling, testing frameworks, and monitoring for all automation workflows.
Collaborate closely with business teams to translate business needs into effective automation solutions.
Stay updated on AI trends, N8N advancements, and best practices in workflow automation.
Document workflows, processes, and training materials for internal teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory:
Hands-on experience building complex workflows using N8N.
Deep understanding of API integrations (REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth2).
Practical experience deploying and working with AI models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face models, custom LLMs).
Basic scripting/coding skills (JavaScript and/or Python).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred:
Previous experience in an e-commerce environment or understanding of e-commerce business processes.
Experience with other automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make/Integromat,
Experience building and deploying AI chatbots or virtual agents.
Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
