Join Our Remote Team: Virtual Assistant & Project Coordinator
Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a knack for managing projects, preparing data, and identifying key trends? We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant & Project Coordinator to provide essential support across our programs, helping us streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
In this dynamic remote role, you will be instrumental in organizing projects, ensuring data accuracy, and transforming raw information into actionable insights. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and anticipate needs will be crucial in supporting our mission of delivering quality care.
Work Schedule: This position requires availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
What You'll Do:
Project Coordination: Organize and track various internal projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows smoothly.
Data Preparation & Management: Assist with preparing, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources for analysis and reporting.
Trend Identification: Analyze prepared data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform decision-making and improve program outcomes.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive virtual administrative support, including scheduling,
System Organization: Help organize and maintain digital files, databases, and project management tools to ensure easy accessibility and efficiency.
Communication Liaison: Facilitate clear and concise communication between tea
Newsletter Design & Management: Design, manage, and distribute organizational newsletters.
Social Media & Ad Creation: Create and manage content for social media platforms, including the design and creation of
Who We're Looking For:
Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain meticulous records in a fast-paced environment.
Data Acumen: Strong aptitude for working with data, including preparation, analysis, and the ability to extract meaningful trends.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with various software and digital tools, including project management platforms, spreadsheets, and communication tools. Experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
Digital Marketing Savvy: Experience with newsletter design, social media content creation, and
Independent & Proactive: Ability to work autonomously, anticipate needs, and take initiative to solve problems.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to interact effectively with tea

Note: This is a remote, full time position with a required schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. References will be required.
