JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a fast, detail-driven content creator to help us flood the internet with the energy, creativity and founder-first spirit of Ideas Fest – the UK’s most exciting outdoor festival for entrepreneurs.

This is a full-time, remote role for someone who knows how to move fast, hit deadlines, and bring ideas to life through engaging daily content. You’ll work closely with our core team to turn testimonials, FAQs, speaker clips and event footage into scroll-stopping stories, Reels, TikToks and carousels.

Energy: You get the vibe – community-led, creative, ambitious, founder-friendly

???? What you’ll be doing:
Creating daily Reels, Stories, TikToks, carousels and testimonial edits
Turning FAQs and myths into engaging video and visual content
Editing and repurposing existing footage from past events
Keeping our content drive organised and uploading assets clearly every day
Joining weekly check-ins and sharing plans/story themes for the week ahead
Working from a shared brief but bringing your own ideas to the table

???? You should be confident with:
Editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush or similar
Canva (or similar) for story slides and carousels
File management and labelling
Creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Working to a clear brand voice and visual style

Contract Details:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
2-month contract to start (with potential for extension)
$6 per hour
Remote – you can be based anywhere
Start date: ASAP
