I’m looking for a dedicated, detail-obsessed video editor to join my team long-term. Your mission?
???? Turn raw content into viral-ready Reels, Shorts, and TikToks that look clean, polished, and addictive to watch.

You’ll work 20 hours per week to start, with the goal of moving to full-time if we’re a good fit.

This is NOT just another editing gig — I’m looking for a reliable partner who can follow a proven system, hit deadlines, and help build brands through powerful content.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
? Download raw video files from cloud storage (Google Drive)
? Watch + analyze content, find viral hooks
? Edit short-form videos for TikTok / IG Reels / YouTube Shorts
? Add captions, hooks, transitions, logos, intros/outros
? Balance audio, fix lighting/colors, apply branding
? Upload finished videos to Google Drive, update task status
? Log everything in ClickUp + send daily updates via WhatsApp

???? Requirements
???? Experience editing short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) — show me your portfolio
???? Strong English skills — captions must be perfect, and you must be able to understand hooks in American English (quotes, jokes, stats, cultural references, slang)
???? Ability to adjust video rhythm and pacing as needed — must know how to change flow to match viral trends, energy, and storytelling
???? Skilled in one or more: Adobe Premiere / Final Cut / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve
? Fast, clean editing that supports viral growth
? Detail-oriented — no misspellings, no black bars, perfect audio balance
???? Comfortable using: ClickUp, Google Drive, WhatsApp for communication + updates
? Can work part-time: 20 hours per week max (for now)

???? Edit content designed for 1M+ views — not just to “look nice”
???? Maintain high Value Per Second — remove anything boring, confusing, or weak
???? Daily WhatsApp check-ins (brief summary of work done)
? Log all work + status in ClickUp
