About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Video Editor to join our remote team. You will be responsible for editing engaging property listing videos and agent social media content that reflects our high-quality brand. This role requires efficiency, creativity, and a strong understanding of real estate marketing styles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit 2-5 real estate listing videos per working day using raw footage provided
- Apply colour correction, sound design, and transitions to elevate the final product
- Add branding elements, text overlays, agent intros/outros, and property highlights
- Use motion graphics and light animation when required
- Follow company editing templates and style guides to ensure consistency
- Deliver polished, on-brand content on time, every time
- Conduct thorough quality checks prior to final export
- Communicate with internal team and respond to feedback in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience editing real estate listing videos (please include samples in your portfolio)
- Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience
- Highly proficient in DaVinci Resolve
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and Final Cut is a plus
- Working knowledge of After Effects and platforms like Envato Elements is a plusStrong eye for timing, pacing, and storytelling in a real estate context
- Ability to work autonomously and meet daily editing deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Tech Requirements:
- A personal editing setup capable of handling 4K video editing
- Reliable internet connection (download minimum 100mbps)
- Ability to upload/download large files efficiently
