Job Description:
We are a fast-growing Canadian staffing agency specializing in hospitality, construction, and casino staffing. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Lead Generator to help us expand our client base by finding and contacting qualified business leads.
You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and passing warm leads to our recruitment and sales team.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients in target industries (casinos, hotels, construction companies, event venues, etc.)
Find decision-makers (HR, Operations, GMs) and their contact information
Send outreach messages via LinkedIn and
Track all outreach and responses in our CRM (Zoho)
Collaborate with sales and recruiting teams to refine targeting strategy
Performance Expectations (KPIs):
-150 new leads sourced per week
- 100 outbound
- 10 warm replies from potential clients per week
- 2–5 qualified leads passed to sales/recruitment team per week
You must have a proven track record of successful outbound lead generation and meeting similar KPIs.
Requirements:
At least 1–2 years of lead generation or sales development experience
Strong English communication (written and spoken)
Proven ability to meet weekly KPIs in a B2B setting
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google, and tools like
Experience using CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Job Details:
Part-time to start (15–20 hours/week), with potential to increase
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Toronto time (Mon–Fri)
Pay: Starting at $3/hour CAD, with potential to increase up to $5/hour based on performance
Long-term opportunity with bonuses based on results
