KOZAKH is a fast-growing jewelry brand based in the U.S., currently sold in over 200 boutique retail stores. Our designs are handmade, trend-driven, and rooted in personal storytelling — empowering women through beautiful pieces that reflect their journey.
We’re looking for a Wholesale Growth Manager to build deeper relationships with our retail partners and help us grow our wholesale presence across the U.S. This is a fully remote role, ideally based in the Philippines, where you’ll work closely with our founder to manage wholesale accounts and pitch new boutiques.
What You’ll Do
Account Management (50%)
• Reach out to active retailers and help them restock before they run low
• Suggest new collections based on previous orders
• Follow up on open carts, seasonal campaigns, or slow-moving stock
• Keep clear notes and communication logs in our CRM
Retailer Outreach (30%)
• Research and identify boutique stores in key U.S. markets that match our aesthetic
• Send tailored
• Follow up with samples, lookbooks, and order forms
• Convert warm leads into active accounts
Support & Feedback (20%)
• Be the go-to contact for our stockists
• Gather feedback on product performance and merchandising
• Help improve internal sales tools and outreach templates
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years experience in sales, wholesale, customer success, or account management
• Excellent written English and professional communication skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Experience with tools like Asana, Google Sheets, Shopify, or CRMs (we’ll train you)
• Bonus: Experience working with U.S.-based boutiques or fashion/lifestyle brands
Compensation & Perks
• Base Salary: $900–$1,200/month DOE
• Commission Structure:
• $30 for every new store activated
• 1–3% commission on reorder volume monthly
• $300–$500 quarterly bonus based on performance KPIs
• Flexible hours with partial U.S. time zone overlap
