Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
• Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify new leads
• Search
opportunities
• Maintain a structured outreach cadence for warm leads and cold prospects
Demo & Meeting Coordination
• Book product demos and service appointments with leads and clients
• Add demos, customer service calls, or onboarding sessions to the correct internal team
member's calendar
• Confirm meeting times with all parties and ensure calendar invites include links and
relevant notes
• Follow up persistently with prospects until a clear yes/no is received
• Reschedule no-shows or cancellations promptly and professionally
Demo Support & Internal Communication
• Join as many demos as possible to take detailed notes
• Record key prospect feedback, objections, and follow-up tasks
• Report product-related issues or improvement suggestions to the development team
• Assign and update internal tasks based on demo feedback
CRM & Pipeline Management
• Keep the CRM fully updated with lead status, follow-up dates, and contact history
• Organize leads by category (hot/warm/cold, industry segment, etc.)
• Ensure no prospect falls through the cracks by maintaining active follow-up workflows
