I’m Tim, founder of a fast-growing K-12 education company that delivers turnkey world-language programs (Spanish, French, ASL) to hundreds of US schools.
I need a proactive partner who will keep my morning (US time) organized, track tasks, and move projects forward while the rest of the team sleeps.
YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
DAILY (Mon–Fri, 4 hrs)
• Review inbox + Slack ? draft TODAY priority list and flag urgencies
• Update CRM (Pipedrive / ActiveCampaign) with new leads, follow-ups, deal notes
• Send pre-written follow-up
• Maintain
• 30-min end-of-shift summary: Done / Doing / Blocked
WEEKLY
• Pull KPI snapshot (booked calls,
• Format and schedule newsletter/social posts from approved copy
• Coordinate freelancers (design/video) to keep assets on brand & on time
• Document new SOPs as processes evolve
AD-HOC
• Light research: conference lists, grant opportunities, competitor programs
• Simple graphics in Canva for
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
• Near-neutral spoken & written English (you may phone US school admins)
• 2+ yrs supporting a US or Canadian executive/team remotely
• CRM proficiency (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar)
• Project-management tool (Monday, ClickUp, Asana)

• Google Workspace power-user (Sheets formulas, Drive organization)
• Self-starter, deadline-driven, meticulous follow-through
NICE-TO-HAVE
• Experience in EdTech or K-12 environment
• Basic Canva or Adobe skills
• Familiarity with VoIP dialers (Aircall, Dialpad)
HOURS & COMPENSATION
• Schedule: 8 a.m.–12 p.m. US Central (9 p.m.–1 a.m. Manila), Mon–Fri
• Hours: 20 per week (may grow to 30)
• Rate: PHP 40,000 – 55,000 / month (? USD 700 – 950) DOE
• 13th-month pay, PH holidays + Juneteenth & US Thanksgiving, PTO after 6 months
