JOB OVERVIEW

We own several online E-commerce brands in the outdoor/hiking/camping, beauty, and clothing niches. Every day we get new raw clips from customers, ambassadors and our own content team. We need a highly-skilled and talented video editor who can turn those clips into short ads for social media advertising that SELL.

YOUR MAIN JOBS:
- Edit short videos (about 20 seconds to 3 minutes duration) for Facebook and Instagram ads and posts.
- Add text, music, and simple effects in CapCut-Desktop, Camtasia or Adobe Premier Pro.
- Use ChatGPT or Claude to help write scripts, catchy hooks and captions (we teach you this).
- Break long videos into short reels, and join many short clips into 20 second - 3 minute ads.
- Social media moderation: Check our Facebook & Instagram ads every day- hide spam, reply to good comments.
- Post quick photos and reels on our brands Social Media accounts.
- Keep all files tidy in Google Drive.

You’ll have 6-8 working hours per day, 5–7 days each week. Weekends are lighter.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
- Great with CapCut Desktop, Camtasia (cutting, adding text, basic motion, fixing sound).
- Use Canva Pro for thumbnails and simple graphics.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT / Claude to write copy/scripts for ads and social media content.
- Can make voice-overs with ElevenLabs (we’ll teach if needed).
- Exceptional English- both writing and speaking.
- Show us a portfolio (at least 5 ads you edited for online products).

- USD $1,400 – $1,800 per month (?80k-95k), based on skill and speed.
