We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Manager (3+ years of ongoing experience) who specializes in
Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on
Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Develop compelling ad creatives and copy, collaborating with designers as needed.
Regularly analyze campaign performance using
Implement strategic adjustments based on analytics insights to achieve continuous optimization.
Prepare and present performance reports clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align on strategy, messaging, and performance objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience (3+ years) managing and optimizing
Proficiency in
Demonstrable experience working with U.S.-based e-commerce brands.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Availability to work at least 5 hours overlapping with U.S. Eastern Time.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but a Plus):
Experience with Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Looker Studio.
