Are you a systems-driven HR pro who leads with precision, process, and people skills?

Maid Kept is a luxury residential cleaning membership company based in Atlanta. Our cleaning professionals are called Keepers, and we hold them to a documented standard of excellence. We're hiring a Full-Time HR Coordinator to own and refine our hiring and pre-onboarding experience — and to lead a key systems migration as your first mission. This role has a clear path to HR Manager as we scale.

Your First Mission (First 60 Days)

Lead the migration of our hiring and onboarding function from Go High Level (GHL) into BookingKoala, our system of record for the Keeper lifecycle. You'll map our existing GHL hiring workflows, rebuild them cleanly in BookingKoala, and document the new process end-to-end.

What You'll Own (Ongoing)

Post and manage job listings (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and others)
Run the full applicant pipeline inside BookingKoala: applications, scoring, status tracking
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Review one-way video interviews, conduct virtual interviews (on-camera) and recommend next steps
Prepare offers, contracts, and hiring packets
Set up new hires in Gusto and support W2/1099 compliance (under owner oversight)
Manage pre-onboarding: paperwork, scheduling new Keepers into Keeper Academy, and a clean handoff to our Training lead
Write, update, and maintain SOPs for every step of the hiring process
Maintain employee records and a simple reporting dashboard
Communicate with candidates and new hires via GHL. Quo (our phone/text platform), Google Meet, and Connecteam

You MUST Have
2+ years in HR administration, recruiting coordination, or people operations
Proven experience executing a platform/tools migration — you can map, rebuild, and document workflows from one system to another
Hands-on GHL experience (enough to extract and map our existing workflows) AND the ability to master BookingKoala quickly (training provided)
Experience writing and managing SOPs
Experience with Gusto or a similar payroll platform
Strong organization, follow-up, and autonomous pipeline management
Fluent written and verbal English

Speak conversational or fluent Spanish
Have cleaning or field-service industry experience
Understand W2 vs. 1099 compliance
Can create Loom or short training walkthroughs
Are proactive, kind, and obsessed with operational excellence

Schedule + Pay

Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday with overlap into US Eastern business hours
Your first month centers on leading the BookingKoala migration
Clear path to HR Manager as we scale
