Hi,
We’re a fast-growing beauty brand looking for a creative and driven video editor who knows how to create real advertisements, not just flashy edits, but videos that sell.
This role is for someone who thinks like a marketer, creates like a storyteller, and edits like a pro.
About the Role:
We’ll give you:
- Raw influencer content
- Product details and brand references
You’ll deliver:
- Scroll-stopping, high-converting videos for
- Short-form ads (15–45s) with a clear hook, pain point, and solution
- Creatives that make people click, buy, and come back for more
You’re expected to contribute ideas, suggest better ways to present the offer, and source additional footage if needed. If you’re just looking to be spoon-fed, this role is NOT for you.
You Must:
Know how to build winning ad structures (hook ? problem ? product ? proof ? CTA)
Be familiar with UGC, beauty, or DTC style ads
- Use tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or any tool that gets results
- Understand basic direct-response copywriting
Be independent, fast, and reliable

- You’re obsessed with improving watch time, CTR, and thumb-stopping visuals
