Key Responsibilities
• Edit engaging, thumb-stopping video content for paid social campaigns
• Develop variations and test creatives to optimize for CTR and hook rate
• Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to align visuals with messaging
• Implement motion graphics, subtitles, and platform-specific styles
• Stay on top of trends in short-form and paid social video
What You Bring
• Proven experience editing paid social ads (please share a portfolio)
• Strong grasp of what makes videos perform: hooks, pacing, CTA placement
• Skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Data-driven and results-focused
• Excellent communication skills in English
