**Job Title:** Inside Sales Specialist

**Overview:**
Right At Home is dedicated to providing exceptional home care services to clients in need. We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist who will play a crucial role in following up with client leads, former caregivers, and applicants. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Lead Follow-Up:** Contact potential clients to discuss their home care needs and answer any questions about our services.
- **Caregiver Outreach:** Reconnect with former caregivers who are re-hireable, promoting opportunities to return to the Right At Home team.
- **Applicant Follow-Up:** Reach out to applicants who have not completed the interview or orientation process, encouraging them to pursue their applications.
- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the recruitment and sales teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and caregivers.
- **Reporting:** Provide regular updates and reports on follow-up activities and outcomes to management.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for helping others in the home care industry.
**Schedule:**
- Part-time position, with flexible scheduling during daytime hours (10 AM - 5 PM Eastern Standard Time).
