Digital Lead Group AB is a global e-commerce company creating high-converting video ads for health, lifestyle, and pet brands. We are hiring a professional Video Editor who knows how to edit ads that sell, not just content that looks nice.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
1. Edit short-form & long-form e-commerce video ads
2. Turn scripts, UGC, and product footage into high-converting ad creatives
3. Add subtitles, text, sound effects, motion, and pacing
4. Do basic color correction and audio cleanup
5. Work with our Creative Director & Assistant Video Editors to test and improve performance
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
This is for real video editors, not VAs or social media managers. You should have:
1. Adobe Premiere Pro or Da Vinci Resolve (required)
2. After Effects (for motion graphics)
3. Experience editing ads, UGC, or direct-response content
4. Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and storytelling
5. 2+ years of editing experience
COMPENSATION (Performance-Based):
> Paid based on videos produced, not hours
> Competitive per-minute editing pay

Mon–Fri | 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (PH Time) | Full-Time | Remote
