Part-Time | Remote
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, systems-driven
This is not a beginner role. You must already know how to use Mailchimp at an advanced level and be able to execute without hand-holding.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for building, scheduling, tagging, automating, and tracking
Success in this role means:
Campaigns go out accurately and on time
Audience segmentation is intentional and strategic
Automations run cleanly and reliably
Data is tracked and reported in a way that informs decisions
Core Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
Build and schedule
Format
Ensure all links, tags, and tracking are correctly implemented
Conduct final QA before sending (no broken links, formatting errors, or tag issues)
Audience Segmentation & Tagging
Apply and manage tags based on lead source, behavior, and engagement
Maintain clean audience organization (no duplication, no tag chaos)
Segment lists for targeted campaigns (launches, webinars, nurture sequences)
Automations
Build and maintain automated
Ensure automations trigger correctly based on tags and user behavior
Troubleshoot and fix any automation issues proactively
Data Tracking & Reporting
Track key metrics: open rates, click-through rates, conversions, unsubscribe rates
Provide clear weekly reports with insights (not just numbers)
Identify what’s working, what’s not, and where to optimize
Systems & Maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized Mailchimp backend
Document processes and ensure repeatable workflows
Flag issues before they become problems
Required Experience
Advanced, hands-on experience with Mailchimp (non-negotiable)
Proven ability to:
Build campaigns from scratch
Set up and manage automations
Use tags and segmentation strategically
Track and interpret campaign performance data
Strong attention to detail (you catch what others miss)
Ability to follow SOPs while also thinking critically when something doesn’t make sense

Definition of Done
A task is complete when:
The campaign is sent or automation is live
All tags and segmentation are correctly applied
All links and tracking are verified
Performance is tracked and reported
Commitment & Reliability (Non-Negotiable)
This role requires absolute reliability and follow-through.
Campaigns will often be scheduled days or weeks in advance
You are expected to complete work ahead of deadlines—not at the last minute
You must ensure you have working access to Mailchimp at all times (login issues are not an acceptable blocker)
If something is not scheduled when it should be, that is a failure of the role
If an issue arises, you are expected to flag it early—not when a campaign is about to go out
This is not a “log in when you feel like it” position.
This is a time-sensitive execution role tied directly to revenue.
