JOB OVERVIEW

Description:
AIM Tech AI is looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and fuel company growth. This role is primarily focused on identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and developing sales strategies for our AI and software solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, is comfortable with cold outreach, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and target potential clients in relevant industries

Execute cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns to generate leads

Develop and refine sales strategies and funnels

Manage and track the sales pipeline through CRM tools

Collaborate with the founder to align sales efforts with company goals

Assist minimally with day-to-day tasks if needed (rarely)

Requirements:

2+ years in a sales or business development role, preferably in tech or SaaS

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proactive, strategic thinker with a strong work ethic

Self-motivated and able to work independently
