About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and emotionally intuitive Graphic Designer to support our paid media and marketing teams. You’ll transform raw assets and product shots into high-converting static creatives, with strong emphasis on performance, not just aesthetics.
You’ll collaborate with our Sr. Performance Marketing Manager, using detailed briefs that outline brand voice, visual direction, and campaign goals, but we also want your creative input! We value designers who think like marketers and bring strategic thinking to the table. You’ll be expected to create 40–50 ad statics per month, including variations on top-performing creatives. These won’t all be brand new designs as many will be iterative tweaks, layout tests, or asset adaptations aimed at performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create 40–50 static ads per month for Instagram and other channels.
- Translate briefs into emotionally compelling, performance-driven visuals.
- Iterate based on performance metrics and team feedback.
Requirements (please do not apply if you do not meet these requirements)
? 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce
? Proven track record of designing high-performing ad creatives
? Mastery of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
? Ability to interpret briefs while contributing original ideas
? Strong portfolio showcasing direct-response ad creatives
? Available for 2 hrs/day overlap with US time zones
Bonus Points:
? Familiarity with health, wellness, or beauty brands
? Understanding of performance metrics (e.g., CAC, CVR, CTR, ROAS, thumbstop rate)
? Knowledge of platform-specific best practices (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
