We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven creative strategist who can take our winning products and make them even more successful. This is a fast-paced role where you will be expected to create high-quality static ads, focusing on maximizing engagement and conversions.
This is not an agency role. You will be creating content exclusively for our own dropshipping stores, working directly with the media buying team and CEO to drive sales and profitability. We run ads 24/7, and we test new products daily. We are constantly learning and improving—so we need someone who is eager to adapt, test new strategies, and grow with us.
Your Role
As our Content Creator/creative strategist, your job is to create high-performing static ads for
• Create 20 Static Ads Daily – Design before/after, benefit, offer, and other types of static ads for
• Leverage Existing Content – Utilize YouTube videos and adapt them into effective before/after style static ads.
• Test Ad Variations – Experiment with short UGS and short VSL formats for ad campaigns.
• Optimize for High-Volume Campaigns – Work with a team running high ad spend to ensure your ads resonate with a broad audience.
• Collaborate with Media Buying Team – Work directly with our media buying team to ensure your ads align with campaign goals.
• Provide Results and Proof – Share the performance metrics of the ads you’ve created, including CTR, ROAS, etc.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who is highly creative, data-driven, and results-oriented. You should be experienced with creating static ads that drive performance and be able to demonstrate your success.
• Proven experience creating static ads for dropshipping brands, particularly for general stores with a wide range of products.
• Strong portfolio with examples of successful
• Experience in creating before/after and benefit-focused static ads.
• Experience with short UGS and short VSL ads is a big plus.
• Ability to create 20 ads per day while maintaining high quality.
• Proven success with high-volume dropshipping brands or substantial ad spend campaigns.
• Strong communication skills – able to collaborate with a remote team and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and able to make quick decisions.
