Position Overview
We are hiring a Full-Time Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to manage platform operations for our existing marketing strategy. This role is focused on executing social media,
Who You Are
- Based in the Philippines with stable weekday availability overlapping with U.S. CST hours
- At least 2–3 years experience in digital marketing execution, publishing, or platform support
- Excellent English writing and formatting skills
- Extremely organized and proactive communicator
- Able to follow and implement content briefs with accuracy, and excited to eventually help create them
Tools & Systems
- Required: Meta Business Suite
- Used Regularly: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Zoho One (CRM, Campaigns, Social), Canva (for collaboration, not design), Loop TV (posting), WordPress (editing)
- Nice to Have: Microsoft Planner and To Do, Zoho Social
Responsibilities
- Publish content across
- Schedule posts and
- Format and prepare newsletter and Loop TV slides from approved content
- Keep content calendars up to date and flag gaps or overdue assets
- Coordinate with our designer for visual assets and leadership for briefs
- Help organize testimonials, event photos, and marketing archives
- Compile basic reports (reach, clicks, engagement) for internal use
- Over time: support co-creation and preparation of marketing briefs, with guidance
What We Offer
