JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a startup venture studio launching multiple businesses: Online Marketplaces, Social Apps, and SaaS products.

You’ll be leading marketing strategy and execution across these projects. You will own and drive all marketing efforts end-to-end, from planning to execution to optimization. You may manage a team of designers, video editors, and social media managers, but we expect you to also be doing the heavy lifting yourself. This is an opportunity to work closely with a proven 2nd-time founder and see how businesses get launched from scratch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Create and maintain posting schedules for Instagram (posts, stories, ads) and other channels.
- Generate ---------- leads per week, organize them into google spreadsheets, and message them: hands-on sending DMs, following up, and tracking results.
- Write ad copy, social content, and generate image / video assets to be used in social media marketing.
- Manage a small team, coordinating with designers, video editors, and social media managers as needed.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Experienced, high-agency, zero-to-one marketer who has worked for tech startups before
- Comfortable using AI-native tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, n8n, Gumloop, etc. to automate and scale work
- Fluent in English and able to work independently without hand-holding.
- Up to speed on latest marketing/growth workflows trending on social media (Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter)
- Has good "Americanized" design taste that is clean and modern, and knows how to create ads and social media posts design for direct response: bold headlines, CTA placement, high contrast

KEY SKILLS:
- Lead generation and outreach on social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Proficient in Figma. Can design for Meta/TikTok formats (4:5, 1:1, 9:16).
- Knows how to use Capcut or similar video editing tools (Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Content calendar creation and social media scheduling.
- Bonus: you know how to set up AI agents on n8n, and have successfully been part of 0 -> 1 phase of successful startups before.
