JOB OVERVIEW

Title: Full-Time VA – Auction & Liquidation Deal Scout (Work U.S. Daytime | $5–6/hr | Long-Term)

Description:

We’re hiring a Full-Time Virtual Assistant to help us find and track high-value deals from auctions, estate sales, and store closures. You will play a key role in saving our company thousands of dollars by spotting undervalued items before others do.

This is not a simple data entry job — we’re looking for someone curious, consistent, and detail-oriented who can grow with us long-term.

Job Duties:
• Research auctions on GovDeals, PropertyRoom, Sierra Auction, and more
• Track estate sales, business closings, and local liquidations (mostly Arizona-based)
• Monitor Facebook groups and ---------- for hidden deals
• Compare auction prices with Amazon/eBay to verify item value
• Organize leads in Google Sheets
• Submit reports and follow checklists
• Optional: Contact sellers or help coordinate pickups if needed

Requirements:
• Strong English reading and writing
• Excellent internet research skills
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive
• Able to work full-time (30–40 hours/week) during U.S. daytime hours (Arizona time)
• Extremely reliable, focused, and consistent
