We are a U.S.-based real estate investing company with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We're currently expanding our virtual team and looking for driven, reliable, and motivated VAs to help us generate and secure high-quality seller leads.

Must have real estate Acquisitions experience — and the right attitude, commitment, and willingness to succeed.

Responsibilities:

Find and identify highly motivated property sellers in our marketing area.
Submit complete lead details:

* Seller’s Name
* Property Address & Location
* Phone Number
* Email
* Thorough notes about the property and situation
Use your own tools (dialer, lead lists, skip tracing, etc.) to generate leads.
Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Understanding of seller motivation and how to speak with distressed property owners is a plus.
Must have your own laptop/computer, reliable internet, and calling system.

Must have your own computer/laptop, internet access, and dialer/tools.
Ability to communicate professionally and follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Acquisitions Manager Responsibilities

The Acquisitions Manager will play a critical role in identifying, negotiating, and securing profitable real estate investment opportunities. This position requires strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage leads and close deals consistently.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound seller leads professionally and effectively
Build rapport with property owners and motivated sellers
Conduct follow-up calls, texts, and emails with leads consistently
Analyze property values, repair estimates, ARV, and deal profitability
Negotiate purchase agreements with sellers
Lock up contracts at favorable terms for the company
Manage and update leads within the CRM system
Work closely with cold callers, lead managers, and dispositions teams
Conduct virtual or in-person appointments with sellers when needed
Develop creative solutions to overcome seller objections
Build strong pipelines of qualified leads and opportunities
Ensure all contracts and documents are completed accurately
Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and closing teams
Maintain detailed notes and communication records for every lead
Follow company sales processes and acquisition procedures
Meet weekly and monthly acquisition goals and KPIs
Assist in improving sales systems, scripts, and conversion strategies
Monitor local real estate market trends and investment opportunities
Provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process
Help train and support junior acquisition tea ---------- mbers when necessary
Performance Expectations

Handle negotiations confidently and professionally
Work independently with minimal supervision
Manage multiple leads and follow-ups daily
Maintain strong organization and time management skills
Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Produce measurable results and revenue growth
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate acquisitions or wholesaling
Strong sales and negotiation background
Familiarity with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, Resimpli.
Knowledge of real estate contracts and transaction processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze deals and estimate property values
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
Experience managing or mentoring tea ---------- mbers is a plus
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Must understand hoe to negotiate with sellers (comps, Zillow, area markets, ETC.) Understanding of seller motivation and how to speak with distressed property owners is a plus.
Must have your own laptop/computer, reliable internet, and calling system.
