We are Atlantic Access, a fast-growing client-centric European digital sales agency, helping the most exciting start-up brands launch in Europe. We cover and manage the entire end to end process for brands from logistics, digital marketing, customer service, B2B/B2C sales and full-service Amazon Europe management.
We work mainly with crowd funded brands from around the world that have raised millions of $ on Kickstarter and Indiegogo. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn more about the start-up life and the fun and challenges of working with high growth companies.
Amazon PPC Manager - 3+ years experience of the Amazon marketing platform is essential
Key Responsibilities:
Managing multiple Amazon accounts in multiple countries
Develop and execute Amazon PPC strategies to maximize sales and ROAS
Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to target relevant audiences
Create, monitor, and optimize sponsored product and brand campaigns
Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient ad spend
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Implement A/B testing to optimize ads, landing pages, and product listings
Stay updated on Amazon's advertising tools and industry trends
Monitor competitor strategies and adjust campaigns accordingly
Generate weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance metrics
Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with broader goals
Manage and optimize product listings for SEO and PPC synergy
Track and adjust for seasonal trends and demand shifts
Improve ad copy and creative to boost click-through and conversion rates
Identify and resolve issues related to ad performance and account health
Manage relationships with Amazon support to resolve PPC-related issues
To succeed in this role, you must:
Have 3 years minimum experience working with Amazon PPC and marketing.
Advanced, Strategic ability to implement campaigns and grow sales.
Excellent Data analysis capability - Be able to find patterns and understand performance.
Be tech savvy and understand how to use online software and Microsoft Excel in depth.
This role involves working closely within a team and would be expected to participate in frequent video calls and messages within the team.

You will be expected to work some crossover with UK time. This will mean PH time a later start and late end. However we do NOT want someone to be working overnight as its not healthy!!
