Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, build, and optimize high-performing

- Maintain clear segmentation strategies to ensure personalized and targeted messaging.
- Stay on top of trends and competitor strategies in the DTC
- Be open to expanding into adjacent channels (e.g., SMS, push) as part of the retention strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with DTC brands in the U.S.
- Strong grasp of
- Proactive, critical thinker.
- Deep understanding of brand identity, values, and voice.
- Be able to work EST hours, or overlapping until 3pm EST.
- Fluent spoken & written English.
