Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll work closely with our Senior Account Manager to ensure we maintain strong client relationships and consistently deliver high-quality service. You will be a vital part of our client-facing operations and internal coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
Support and serve as a backup to the Senior Account Manager as the main point of contact for client accounts
Build and nurture long-term, meaningful relationships with clients
Assist in managing contracts and closing agreements to support client goals and company profitability
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align on deliverables and ensure satisfaction
Provide timely updates on project timelines and key performance metrics to both clients and internal teams
Help identify growth opportunities and contribute to client retention and satisfaction efforts
Coordinate with fulfillment and creative teams to prepare reports and ensure seamless delivery of services
Handle escalations and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintain organized documentation and communications across teams
Participate in client meetings to update on project status and gather feedback
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is passionate about helping others and ensuring client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or account management
A strong understanding of or exposure to digital marketing is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when needed
Ability to work independently in a remote setup, with high levels of accountability
Must be currently residing in Metro Manila (for occasional in-person meetings, if needed)
