We’re looking for a highly motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our real estate team as a Cold Calling Appointment Setter.
Don’t worry — you’re not calling random strangers. These are people who have already submitted a form and want to speak with us about selling or buying a home.

Role Responsibilities:
Call warm seller and buyer leads (from online form submissions)
Ask thoughtful questions, build rapport, and identify real interest
Set appointments via Calendly for our team to meet with clients
Take detailed notes and update the CRM (KVCore) with contact history and follow-up timelines
Submit a daily report with the people contacted, call summaries, and next steps
Be open to call recordings for quality improvement
Schedule:
15–20 hours/week
Must be available during US Eastern Time working hours
Requirements:
Clear, warm, and professional English with neutral or North American-style accent
Comfortable speaking on the phone — you will be the first voice many of our clients hear
Naturally curious — you enjoy asking people about their situation and finding ways to help
Strong attention to detail and CRM organization
Comfortable using (or learning) tools like KVCore and Calendly
Willing to record calls and submit a short video sample of yourself speaking
Compensation:
Starting rate based on experience (please include your expected hourly or weekly rate)
Performance-based bonuses available for appointment volume and quality
