JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a recruiter to help our team bring on reliable contractors and tea ---------- mbers for our day-to-day operations.

We manage a hospitality services company, and are looking for someone to assist us with recruiting for our logisitcs management for our driver support team (in trash services).

You'll be working with our People Operations team to ensure that all of our logistics and drivers are set up for success, including, but not limited to:

- Posting ads on websites like: Indeed, Handshake, Craigslist, etc.
- Following up with candidates
- Managing incoming and outgoing messages on our Phone/Texting platform
- Managing email communication
- Communicating through slack (literally dozens and dozens of channels)
- Data Entry
- Working with our operations team to ensure all hiring needs are communicated and all hiring roles are filled

And other tasks as they come up.

This person would also be required to have very strong English speaking, reading and comprehension as this role is very communicative with our internal team and will be communicating with many job applicants on a daily basis.

You will report directly to our People Operations Lead and will be supporting our Operations Manager, Operations Admin/Recruiter, etc., as well as the Chief Operations Officer.
