We are expanding our team and looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team supporting an Australian plumbing and electrical company.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, reliable, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
? LOCATION: Lapu-Lapu/Mactan, Cebu
? WORK SETUP: Office-Based
⏰ SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Daytime Shift Preferred
? PAY: Competitive Salary | Paid Every Other Week
? WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Answering live customer calls
Assisting customers with enquiries and bookings
Providing professional and friendly customer service
Managing multiple web-based platforms and systems
Coordinating with technicians and the Australian operations team
Handling tasks in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
? HOW CAN YOU QUALIFY?
✅ Excellent English communication skills
✅ Strong customer service skills
✅ At least 12 months call centre/customer service experience preferred, but not required
✅ ServiceTitan experience is a plus
✅ Intermediate to advanced computer and navigation skills
✅ Comfortable working across multiple web-based platforms
✅ Strong self-management and time-management skills
✅ Honest, dependable, and committed to maintaining work integrity
✅ Adaptable and able to work under pressure
✅ Flexible with working hours and days off
✅ Willing to render additional hours or work weekends when required
? EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must have their own:
Laptop/PC (minimum i5 or equivalent)
Second monitor
Noise-cancelling headset
Reliable internet connection
? IMPORTANT: Applicants must currently reside in Lapu-Lapu/Mactan.
Applicants from Cebu City or Mandaue may also apply provided they are willing to travel to our office in Lapu-Lapu.
