Requirements:
English level C2
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Process invoices, payments, and expenses.
Manage payroll and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for improvements.
Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other regulatory requirements.
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of payroll systems and tax preparation is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and a stable work environment.

Hours:
This is will start out at 3-5 hours per weeek and progress over time
Salary:
$7/hour with periodic raises as experience grows.
