Job Description: Social Media Manager with Video Content & Customer Service Expertise
We're seeking a creative and talented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management & Strategy:
Develop and implement content strategies for various platforms (e.g.,
Plan and manage both organic and paid campaigns.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and campaign results.
Content Creation:
Produce and edit short and long-form videos for different platforms.
Create diverse visual and textual content (posts, stories, reels, etc.).
Responsible for creating viral campaigns.
Paid Content (Ads):
Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across various social platforms (Meta, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Analyze data and derive insights to improve campaign performance.
Customer Service & Community Engagement:
Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media promptly and professionally.
Manage online communities and foster engagement among followers.
Collaborations & Influencer Relations:
Identify, connect with, and manage relationships with relevant influencers.
Manage campaigns and collaborations with influencers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management – A must.
Proven experience and talent in video editing – A must (please attach a portfolio).
Deep understanding of various social media platforms and current trends.
High capability in creating creative and original content.
Excellent written and marketing communication skills in Hebrew.
Experience working with paid advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
Fast learner and adaptable to change.
Significant Advantage:
Previous experience in a similar role in an e-commerce/retail company.
Knowledge and experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
