About the Role:
We’re hiring a Virtual Executive Assistant to work closely with the owner of a group of growing businesses in Canada. This role is for someone who is organized, reliable, great with communication, and looking for long-term, stable work. You’ll be handling schedules, helping build systems, following up with tea
What You’ll Do:
• Manage calendars and book meetings
• Coordinate tasks and follow-ups with different teams
• Help document and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Organize files and spreadsheets
• Monitor and update ongoing projects and tasks
• Support the business owner directly with daily priorities
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience creating or working with SOPs
• Clear English communication (spoken and written)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Tech-savvy and able to learn tools quickly
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Committed to long-term, full-time work
