About Us
We’re a Wilmington, DE–based residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home projects. We're growing our virtual team to increase engagement and streamline administrative tasks—helping us give every community member and client the care they deserve.

Your Role
As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the key connector between our community, our tools, and our team. You’ll:

-Engage with our business on our management platforms: Quickbooks, Calendly, Gmail, Google Drive

-Engage with Community on Social & Web Platforms
Monitor and respond to messages and comments across Instagram, Facebook, Wix chat, email, and our inbound VoIP business line, Mailchimp, Google

Follow up with prospects and clients warmly and promptly

Log communication details and tasks for tracking & lead management

-Create & Edit Social Media Content
Assist with content calendar planning and scheduling

Design and edit posts, stories, reels, and videos using tools like Canva (or similar)

Optimize captions, hashtags, and formats for engagement

-Manage Website & Web Content
Update information and galleries on our Wix website

Publish blog posts, service pages, promos, and lead magnets

Keep web content fresh, informative, and SEO friendly

Find podcast guest spot opportunities

Find opportunities to publish content via Qwoted and HARO.

-Support Scheduling & Appointments
Oversee Calendly bookings: confir ---------- etings, prevent conflicts, send reminders

Coordinate rescheduling or new appointment setup as needed

-Assist with QuickBooks & Admin Tasks
Enter customers, invoices, expenses, receipts into QuickBooks Online

Generate simple reports or reconcile expenses

Help maintain SOPs and organize digital files

-What You Need to Bring
Native English, both written and verbal communication

Computer & technical experience

Proven experience in social media content creation and community messaging

Familiarity with Wix, Instagram, Facebook, QuickBooks Online, and Calendly

Proficiency with Canva or similar, and basic video editing skills

Organized, proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently and suggest improvements

Schedule & Availability
Open to 20–40 hours per week

3–5 hours overlap daily with U.S. Eastern Time preferred

Reliable, consistent availability for scheduled tasks
