ABOUT FISHVERIFY

We are a company based in Miami, Florida. We've developed an app that uses image recognition and artificial intelligence to help recreational anglers identify what type of fish they caught, learn local rules & regulations and whether or not it's legal to harvest. We strive to help our users know the fish, know the rules and help preserve our marine resources by supporting sustainable fishing practices.

Our goal is to preserve our local fish populations by providing fishermen of all skill levels with a useful tool that assists with identification and regulations; hopefully encouraging a catch and release mindset.

We are a small team and strive to create a positive work environment where everyone is constantly learning and growing. JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate is someone who:

- Is completely fluent in oral and written English (USA)
- Has strong communication skills
- Is willing to learn new tools and processes
- Is a creative thinker
- Is VERY detail oriented
- Is a problem solver and doesn't need hand holding for every task
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
- Is looking for professional growth

Requirements:

- Over two years job experience in online marketing / VA work
- Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management
- Familiar with Monday or similar project management applications
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools
- At least 8 mbps internet connection
- Can work at least 20 hours per week

Here's a glimpse into a typical week on the job:

- Creating and executing email or push marketing campaigns to engage our user base
- Developing promotional materials and marketing campaigns for app features
- Conducting outreach to existing users through various channels (email, push notifications, social media)
- Creating weekly and monthly performance reports on user engagement and marketing metrics
- Supporting our social media presence and community engagement

Other work we need help with:

- Analyzing user feedback and preparing summary reports for the team
- Coordinating promotional events and campaigns
- Researching and reaching out to potential partnership opportunities
- Managing our customer communication across multiple platforms
- Preparing marketing materials and graphics for campaigns
- A few other administrative tasks

We want someone who is passionate about these topics. If you are a great marketer but haven't done a few of the tasks listed above, we are more than happy to teach you! A good understanding and passion for fishing, freshwater angling or previous angling experience is not a pre-requisite but would be highly beneficial.

COMPANY BENEFITS

Flexible work hours
- You can work from home or wherever is most comfortable for you. You can also complete tasks on your own time as long as submitted by the agreed due dates. Due dates will be assigned from Monday - Friday, but you can work any day of the week.
