About Us
Hermann London Property Management is a fast-growing, tech-driven firm based in Missouri, USA. We use AppFolio every day—but we’re doing it the “hard way,” manually handling processes that Realm-X could automate. You’ll join a collaborative team obsessed with compliance and efficiency, and help us unlock the full power of AppFolio’s Realm-X workflows.

Project Overview
We need an expert to audit our current Realm-X setup, eliminate manual workarounds, implement best-practice workflows, and train our team—so we can be at least 2× more efficient overnight.

Key Responsibilities
Current-State Audit: Deep dive into our existing AppFolio use and identify where manual steps replace Realm-X automations.

Workflow Design & Build: Architect and implement robust Realm-X triggers, actions, and sequences for:

Work order routing & prioritization

Automated tenant/vendor communications

Compliance reminders (inspections, renewals, audits)

Custom reporting alerts

Documentation & Training: Produce clear, step-by-step guides and lead live virtual sessions (with recordings) so our team can maintain and extend your work.

Validation & QA: Rigorously test each workflow to ensure error-free operation and measurable efficiency gains.

Follow-Up Support: Provide a defined support window for tweaks, troubleshooting, and Q&A after launch.

Who You Are
Realm-X Specialist: 3+ years of AppFolio experience with at least 1–2 years focused on Realm-X automations.

Efficiency Evangelist: You’ve flipped manual, tedious processes into smooth, automated workflows—ideally for U.S. property managers.

Analytical Thinker: Strong logical skills, detail orientation, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Clear Communicator: Excellent English, both written and verbal; comfortable running remote training.

Self-Starter: Proven ability to own project deliverables, hit deadlines, and work independently.

Reliable Setup: Stable internet, capable computer, and flexibility to join meetings during CST hours.

Nice-to-Haves
Experience with AppFolio reporting tools or third-party integrations

Background in U.S. property management compliance and best practices

Previous remote consulting roles with U.S. clients
