We are a health and wellness supplement brand growing 400% year over year, built on TikTok Shop and Amazon, with a 20-person global team and a high-performance culture. There is no room for mediocrity here, only for those who want to win.

We need our next superstar Virtual Assistant to own outreach to doctor and medical influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll manage the entire pipeline from first contact through negotiations, product shipment, and content delivery.

RESULTS
You will build and manage a pipeline of top-tier medical influencers who generate content and revenue for our brand. Success looks like consistent weekly outreach volume, rapid follow-up, clean tracking, and influencer deals closed with minimal oversight.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Research medical influencers on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
* Send outreach via Instagram DMs, email, and professional platforms like Backstage and Fiverr
* Track all conversations, responses, and statuses in a shared system
* Negotiate pricing and coordinate deliverables and creative briefs
* Schedule intro calls and prepare reports
* Communicate daily with the CEO using internal tools

REQUIREMENTS

* Experience in influencer outreach, preferably for a consumer brand
* Strong written communication and near-perfect English
* Daily availability for 8 hours between 10AM and 10PM EST
* Experience using Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and tracking tools
* High personal standards, deep focus, fast response times
