Job Description
You’ll join YardReach’s Creative Department and work alongside our Head of Paid Ads.
Key responsibilities:
• Turn raw images, videos, and brand assets into premiu
• Create and edit:
• Before/After videos
• Contractor walkthroughs
• Testimonials
• Educational content
• Edit with a performance mindset — the goal is conversions, not just aesthetics
• Join weekly creative review sessions to refine and improve results
Responsibilities
• Deliver 4 or more ad concepts per week, with 3–5 variants each (average 30 seconds)
• Source royalty-free B-roll or AI UGC avatars as needed
• Format videos for mobile (1080x1920) with a built-in 4:5 safe zone
• Apply clean, professional transitions, text overlays, and strong CTAs
• Collaborate via Slack and submit deliverables through Notion, Google Drive, and Loom
Soft Skills
• Strong creative instincts and attention to detail
• Fast, self-sufficient, and responsive to feedback
• Familiar with direct response ad styles (e.g. Alex Hormozi-style)
• Clear, proactive communicator
• Must have a portfolio that includes Meta
Technical Skills
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Experienced with vertical (9:16) and square (1:1) formats
• Strong visual pacing, music selection, and attention-grabbing text placement
• Bonus: Experience editing outdoor living or home improvement content
• Bonus: Familiarity with Meta ad platform goals and creative best practices
Time Commitment
• Full-time role (40 hours per week)
• Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time hours
• Expected to complete 4–6 video ad briefs per week with 3+ variants each
Compensation
• Long-term contractor position
• $800–$1600 USD per month
• Paid biweekly via Wise or similar
