Salesforce Project Manager / Expert

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re evolving, growing, and keeping up with the times by transitioning to a fully virtual workspace. That means we need someone who’s adaptable, eager to learn, and loves improving processes. What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Daily Adventures)
Data Management and Reporting:
• Ensure high data quality and integrity within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track marketing campaign performance and CRM data. (for example, attribution reporting and dashboard)
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis and useful Excel formulas such as VLookup or macros.
• Experience in user management, security settings, and data management in Salesforce.
• Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and workflows in Salesforce.
• Ability to collaborate across functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Events.
Process Automation and Improvement:
• Leverage Salesforce and Marketing Cloud features to automate and improve marketing and sales processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Conversational about programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex and VisualForce.
• Ability to research complex problems that are unknown at the time and find potential solutions.
• Proven ability to design, optimize business processes, and build robust solutions on Salesforce.
• Ability to allow Salesforce and Asana to speak to each other
User Management:
• Adding and deactivating users based on organizational needs.
• Securing Salesforce to ensure users only access information relevant to their roles.
Salesforce Customization & Development:
• Customizing Salesforce to fit organizational processes, including creating custom objects, fields, and automation (Flows and Apex codes).
• Creation and removal of custom objects and fields.
• Develop and maintain Sandbox, Visualforce pages, dynamic
• Dynamic RSS feeds creation for daily publications.
• Monitoring Salesforce updates (e.g., API version retirements) and limits to ensure optimal performance.
Data Management:
• Importing and exporting data as required, ensuring data integrity.
• Maintaining and developing reports and dashboards for various departments, including marketing, sales, and operations.
• Managing and cleaning up the users pipelines
• Adding data and files to the users opportunities to ensure accuracy on numbers.
Training & Support:
• Training staff on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
• Creating video archives for training and troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to users when problems arise.
Salesforce Integrations:
• Built and managed integrations between Salesforce and other platforms such as Asana.
• Proven experience with Marketing Cloud and its integration into Salesforce is required.
• Example integration: Automatically generating new profiles in Klaviyo when a new member is created in Salesforce.
Chassis Development:
• Collaborate with tea
• Reporting to leadership and grow the roll within our company.
Requirements:
Certifications & Skills:
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud is essential.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning platform.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong skills in data management tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, etc.).
• Experience with third-party integrations (Klaviyo, Zapier, ClickData, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating and modifying dynamic
Recent Industry Trends:
• Understanding of Salesforce DevOps tools and processes for managing updates and continuous integration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM for advanced data visualization.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud for deeper integration with Salesforce for
Personal Attributes:
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Excellent communication skills for training and technical documentation.
• Ability to stay updated on new Salesforce features and proactively implement relevant updates to the system.

Base Salary: Pay is based upon experience
