Join a Fast-Growing Door-to-Door recruitment Agency

We’re a dynamic consulting agency that helps high-growth home services companies (think solar, roofing, and HVAC) scale their sales teams with precision and speed.

We’re now looking for a detail-oriented, highly articulate Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us screen incoming Door to Door sales applicants from Indeed and other American job boards. You'll be the first voice potential hires hear from—so strong communication skills and a clear, confident, and friendly American-sounding tone are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Reviewing new job applications as they come in

Screening candidates using our internal tools and scripts

Communicating clearly with applicants via email, chat, or short calls

Keeping detailed notes and tagging applicants for the next steps

What We’re Looking For:

***Excellent spoken and written English

Friendly, professional communication style

Great attention to detail

Strong work ethic and follow-through

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, ATS platforms, or CRMs (a plus, not required)
