Real Estate Media Project Coordinator (Remote | Photo & Video Quality Control + Client Delivery)
Salary: $7–10 USD/Hour — 40–45 hours/week
Overview:
We’re looking for a Real Estate Media Project Coordinator to lead the delivery and quality control of photo and video content for our real estate clients. This remote role requires strong coordination, communication, and quality assurance skills. You'll manage workflows, collaborate with editors, handle daily client communication, and ensure all files are delivered on time and meet professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee end-to-end project timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure timely and efficient completion.
– Manage the delivery of media content to clients, including daily file submissions, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
– Coordinate with editors and internal tea
– Communicate directly with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, managing revision requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
– Serve as the primary liaison for client communication, setting and managing expectations while delivering high-quality results.
– Conduct thorough quality checks on all media content to ensure it meets brand and quality standards before delivery.
– Upload all finalized media (photos, videos, floor plans) to the project management system (PMS) and ensure proper file handling.
– Edit and submit Matterport floor plans when necessary, including any required corrections.
– Use Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro to edit and enhance photos and videos, maintaining visual consistency and quality.
– Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve team productivity and workflow efficiency.
– Continuously evaluate and optimize internal processes to enhance project execution and media delivery.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in project coordination, media production, or real estate media
– Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and client requests efficiently
– Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro
– Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
– Familiarity with project and client management tools such as Monday, Notion, RelaHQ, HDPhotoHub, Hubspot, or similar
– Experience working with floor plans and Matterport tools is a plus
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
– Self-motivated and dependable in a fully remote work environment
Bonus if You Have:
– Real estate media background (photo, video, drone, or 3D tours)
– Floor plan editing experience (e.g., CubiCasa, Matterport)
– Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients or agencies
