Position Summary
The Paid Search / Digital Marketing Manager is an integral part of our team and the critical force behind digital marketing, support our efforts to grow organically our B2B channel from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO and COO to build brand awareness, generate leads and drive revenue for the company.
- Execute digital marketing buys, with the support of the Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on management of Google tools and platforms.
- Directly manage and maintain several digital marketing channels, including Google Local Service Ads, Google PPC advertising,
- Analyze, report and visualize marketing performance, leveraging the data to provide insights and uncover opportunities to drive more leads and revenue.
- Ensure all appropriate tracking is in place to produce accurate reporting.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on local marketing plans, operations strategy and budgets in order to react to specific needs in real-time to drive leads and revenue.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing or relevant experience
- B2B marketing experience is a must
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including paid search, LSAs, lead gen and Google Analytics.
- Self-motivated, energetic and results oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use advanced functions and Pivot tables.
- Experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
