Amazon Marketplace Support Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Support Specialist to manage and optimize our Amazon selling operations. This role is critical in maintaining accurate product listings, resolving marketplace issues, and ensuring seamless integration between our Shopify platform and Amazon marketplace presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Listing Management
Update Existing Amazon Listings: Maintain and optimize current product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, inventory levels, and product specifications to improve visibility and conversion rates
Load New Amazon Listings: Create and publish new product listings on Amazon marketplace, ensuring compliance with Amazon's listing policies and category-specific requirements
Issue Resolution & Support
Dialog with Amazon Support: Communicate directly with Amazon Seller Support to resolve listing issues, account problems, policy violations, and marketplace disputes in a timely and professional manner
Platform Integration Management: Collaborate with Shopify marketplace manager to synchronize product data, inventory levels, and listing updates between Shopify and Amazon platforms
Additional Responsibilities
Monitor listing performance metrics and suggest optimization strategies
Ensure compliance with Amazon marketplace policies and guidelines
Track and report on listing status, sales performance, and marketplace issues
Maintain accurate records of all marketplace communications and resolutions
Stay updated on Amazon policy changes and marketplace best practices
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce marketplace platforms
Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization and SEO principles
Experience with Shopify platform and marketplace integrations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Amazon marketplace certifications or training
Experience with inventory management systems
Knowledge of Amazon advertising (PPC) campaigns
Familiarity with product photography and listing optimization tools
Experience in e-commerce customer service or marketplace support
