Help Build a Scalable Team from the Ground Up — and Have Fun Doing It

Now we’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to help us build a team of A-players—from sales closers to installers to appointment setters—and help shape our internal culture from the ground up.

???? What You’ll Do:
Source and recruit top talent across sales, install, and admin roles
Write and optimize job ads that attract doers, not warm bodies
Build a recruiting system that doesn’t rely on luck—track funnels, automate workflows, and reduce time-to-hire
Conduct pre-screens and coordinate interviews with team leads
Assist with light HR and admin tasks (onboarding, follow-ups, initial paperwork, etc.)
Track KPIs: time to fill, cost per hire, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire
Help shape a magnetic candidate experience that makes the right people say “Hell yes”
???? Who You Are:
You’ve recruited for blue-collar or fast-paced roles (trades, field sales, startups = ++)
You’re fast, organized, and scrappy—you don’t wait around for approvals, you build systems that move
You’ve probably worked with Indeed, Workstream, LinkedIn, or VIVAHR and know how to get the most out of them
You know what a “bad hire” feels like—and you refuse to settle
You want to grow with a team that values performance and fun
Bonus if you can set up automations, use CRMs, or have hiring SOPs we can plug in fast

Base salary: $36,000–$44,589 a month
Performance-based commissions after 90 days (hitting KPIs = bonus structure)
